You only pay if you make a Hire
- Fee is a percentage of the employee's pay
- Percentage is determined by the difficulty of the search and agreed upon before the search begins
Embedded / OnDemand Recruiting
- Maybe you just need temporary support to supplement your existing recruiting team: we can screen resumes, handle phone screens, help with hiring ramps.
- If you don't have a recruiter & aren't ready to commit to one full time, we can serve as your temporary recruiting team

- We will always do what makes sense. Depending on the nature of the help you need, you can pay hourly/daily/weekly/monthly
- Rate is determined by work complexity
Retained Search
- Usually for critical executive or leadership level roles
- 100% end to end support from Job Description design, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer negotiations
- Fully customizable to fit your needs
